These tools may be used to collate publicly available information, assist in preliminary analysis, and generate initial research drafts relating to shortlisted companies or investment themes.
Any information or analysis generated through such AI tools is subject to independent human review, investigation, validation, and verification by the Investment Adviser. Final research outputs, recommendations, and investment advice are prepared only after applying professional judgment, experience, and due diligence, and remain the sole responsibility of the Investment Adviser.
AI tools are not used as autonomous decision-making systems, nor do they independently generate or execute investment advice, recommendations, or portfolio decisions for clients.
The Investment Adviser remains fully accountable for the quality, suitability, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of all advisory services provided to clients, irrespective of the use of any AI tools.
